I just received a new email from Iberia including the following. So, no voucher yet, but another entreaty from Iberia for me to apply for a voucher. I think I'll try calling again and this time requesting a refund.
Once you have requested reimbursement, the process is automatic. Your voucher / s will be sent to you by email without you having to worry about anything else.
