t-mobile - unlimited smartphone data (excluding roaming), additional 20GB hotspot/tethering, they borrowed additional 600mhz licenses, which helps if you have a supported phone

I assume you need to be a Xfinity customer to login to their WiFi. Have you tried it out? How would you rate it?
