https://chargebacks911.com/chargeback-time-limit/) both Visa and Mastercard have language similar to this at least in US under "Services Not Provided or Goods Not Received" which seems to fit with a flight being cancelled.
Within 120 days of the last date the cardholder expects to receive the goods or services, not to exceed 540 calendar days from transaction
That implies to me that one has 120 days from when you were to fly to do a chargeback. Or does the above you posted imply you can do a chargeback up to 120 days after the airline has agreed to issue a refund?
