The announcement of the shut down came long before the border closing and their flying is mostly domestic. The reality is that their bookings were likely way down. It will be interesting to see if they will even be able to restart, will depend if the owners still want to finance essentially a restart with likely severe losses until traffic picks up. I think Porter are one to watch.
