Nope, same number on the "trips" page. I called UR and interestingly, the automated system asked if my trip ID was all numbers, or letters and numbers (mine is the second group). I've been on hold for five hours and I'm ready to throw in the toilet for today.
Appreciate the help, hopefully I'll get this straightened out!

Go back to your original confirmation email or login into to your UR account and look at your Trips. Look for Itinerary number.
