unfortunately it’s still wants confirmation codes that are 11 to 14 characters. Mine is 9 characters in every single confirmation email I have and on their website. Sigh.

I had a flight on AA booked thru Ultimate Rewards Travel leaving May 2nd that I needed to be cancelled so I can rebook for a later date. I was not able to get through on the phone lines. I couldn't cancel online with it telling me I had to call in. AA would not cancel saying I had to call my travel agent (Chase). The cancellation form was only allowing flight 8-14 days out to be cancelled.

This morning the form has been changed. I only needed my itinerary number email and phone. My booking was cancelled within a few minutes.

Now the fight for the refund (I don't want AA credits). I might have to file a claim with Chase to my money back if I don't have it within a week
