Has anyone had problem of their Anniversary night not posting? I have the Amex Bonvoy Business card.... I payed the renewal fee way back in November and still haven't seen free night yet. I contacted Amex and confirmed that it had not yet been processed and they simply have not followed up. It's supposed to process in 8 weeks of paying renewal fee but that's not happening.
