The virus isn't a problem of UA's making. Stranding customers without any communication or any way home? That was definitely a problem of UA's making, and I definitely blame them for it. They could have run another few days' worth of repatriation flights, even if they had to ferry empty aircraft to do it. Nobody would have blamed them for reducing the schedule, but I take issue with suspending all DR flights immediately without notice and leaving their customers to fend for themselves.
