I have finalized the wiki with the current status of the federal states (so called "Länder") in the Wiki. As suggested by
SunshineStay I have used the general rule and added information to public transportation. I also highlighted if there is a lockdown or restrictions in gathering of people.
Again, if you live in Germany or become aware of further restrictions, please update the wiki or post here.
