I suspect I have been making some contributions already, as I have taken to cleaning my seat area, tray table etc with alcohol wipes and hand gel, and disinfecting the hotel room with isopropyl spray too. I am not normally that germophobic but if I have to keep washing my hands every time I touch any surface in my 'living environmement', the skin integrity on my hands will break down (it's already bad from extra, extra hand washing - I normally wash my hands a lot but it's added to that even more)! I doubt many aircraft seats have ever had so much cleaning as they have had in recent weeks as so many people are doing it too.

I had a right giggle with 1A passenger (I was in 1F) on one of the recent BA flights. We just looked up from our cleaning efforts and happened to catch each others' eye as we finished wiping around everywhere!
