What I might suggest is that when I initially wanted to change my reservation (at a time where I would have been subject to mandatory quarantine upon arrival) and AM wouldn't budge, I had others post on social media (Twitter and Instagram) regarding the situation, and it gained traction pretty quickly. The waiver I needed, coincidentally or not, appeared on the AM website within a day or so.
so launch a social media shame campaign? It's not my forte or an approach I really like, but I'll keep it in my pocket and I appreciate the idea....
