I think any seat that makes it easy to get out of will help, so no middle of the 5 row, no window seats. Based on the seating plans I'd try and go for:

33C, 33D, 33G, 33H, 39C, 39D, 39G, 39H

Best tip I can offer is to enroll in the Executive club (if not already done) and use online checkin 24 hours before departure and check the seat assignment and if available make a seat change.
