However the complaint is about what I assume was an outright lie by baggage services in addtion to waiting almost an hour for 1 bag (and I was not close to the last bag from the flight). The wait while certainly ridiculous considering it was past 11:30PM when the bag finally came off might not have drawn my complaint had baggage services not told such a crazy story about the reason for the delay. I can also tell you that all the other people waiting (many locals) found the wait to be much longer than normal.
It will be interesting to see how AA replies, as you all seem to think this is normal and acceptable. I do not find it normal or acceptable and certainly hope AA does not.
