Definitely dial the +1 800 843 xxxx number.....it will advise you that toll free calling does not apply, and that long distance charges will apply. I've dialed this number in SIN, BKK, HKG, and Europe (except UK, FR, BE, SW, GR where EXP numbers are available).

Alternatively, if the +1 800 does not work, switch the 800 part to 880, and dial it like a normal long distance call.....
