Hey all,

My itinerary looks like this:

1. Danang, Vietnam to Bangkok, Thailand (BKK) with Bangkok Airways
2. 5-hour layover
3. Bangkok, Thailand (BKK) to Vientiane, Laos with Lao Airlines.

It was all booked together on kiwi.com but is (2) separate tickets and (2) different PNR's. We will only have carry-on bags. We would like to avoid going through Thai immigration if at all possible. Could someone tell me if I'll be able to use the Lao Airlines transfer desk after my first flight from Vietnam? We're okay to go through security screenings again but just want to avoid having to get a visa for Thailand when we're only passing through the airport.
