I would typically call, except the itin isn't necessarily impacting -me- and I didn't want to be clogging up their phones. But I can do that later today since it seems this may be an isolated incident.

I DM'd DL on Twitter over the weekend in an attempt to get a non-urgent flight change done (it didn't get done) - would've been the only recently interaction I've had with a DL agent. My email is comprised of my full name - and there is no overlap whatsoever with the pax name.

Below is a screenshot of the message, illustrating that it appears to be an automated email and it is unlikely that it was the pax that fat fingered anything:
