To spin off the regular thread though, I usually use one of the offsite park-and-ride lots; I think that with taxes but after the value of loyalty points I pay about $8 a day.

Another option is to park on the street and take an Uber to/from the airport. I don't want to be too specific. I had an angry resident yell at me once, and that led to an email conversation with the chief of police of the municipality, in which he said they are imposing parking limits on non-residents, but that was maybe 5 months ago and I haven't seen any signs yet. The street I park on usually has 0-1 card parked on the entire block, so I don't feel like I'm poaching on anyone's neighborhood.

I don't ever recall parking at PHL airport, not even when I was picking someone up.
