thanks, appreciate the response. Unfortunately the trip was booked in Jan. and I think disputes can be done only for 90 days. While it's still within 90 days there is nothing to dispute at the moment since my trip is in August. Of course I absolutely want to make the trip and most definitely don't intend to cancel my trip but if Air New Zealand cancels my flight it's out of my control. Also at the moment Poland has banned all foreign entries into the country so not quite sure what the situation is going to be in August but I would be stunned if the ban is still in effect then since it's 5 months out from now!

It does look like there is a possibility I may have to eat the cost if the 3rd party agent is unable to offer a refund, looks like it's a wait and see at the moment.
