Is my flight covered?
I booked my flight to Poland on August 28th on Air New Zealand: LAX-LON (Air New Zealand) and LON-WAW (British Airways) - both sectors are on the same Air New Zealand ticket. I used a third party booking site but used by CSR to pay for it. At the moment Air New Zealand has cancelled the leg between LAX-LON until June 30th. I have no idea what happens after that at the moment since it's an evolving situation.
If my flight is cancelled I will of course try to get my money back through the 3rd party operator but if I cannot for whatever reason, say the operator goes bust or they don't respond or whatever - is my CSR insurance going to cover it?
