When I tried last week, there was a note saying the trip could not be cancelled (unlike the bonus ticket I had for Easter). Maybe because the go-ticket is not normally cancellable (however to spell that). Anyway, I did the form. And I am sure it will work out. IT is no hardship for me to wait a bit either - I know they are busy right now. The cancelled bonus ticket refunded (points and fees) right away, as usual.
