As far as I’ve read on the VS website, neither the marketing or ticketing should affect the earnings. It’s solely based on the operating carrier, and you earn points for both AF, KL and DL operated flights.
Im actually regretting I credited some flights earlier this year to FlyingBlue, which are points I find very hard to use.
