Still no voucher here, filled out the form on the 13th. I see people claim there's no email and you have to phone and quote the old PNR, some say you get an email so you can book online. If only BA could have sent an email confirmation of submission and I wouldn't be wondering what was going on so much.
Just got through to the gold line. Told no email voucher. I have to phone up and quote the old PNR when i'm ready to book and they'll apply the credit. I can't book online.
