Very long wait (15min+) to speak with someone in retentions dept, after speaking to initial phone agent. I have at least a month before I would need to act, as the fee has not been billed yet. Offer was $3k/month for 3 months in order to just get $100 credit. I made no changes today but expressed my concerns here given closing clubs, no traveling, etc. - hopefully enough people raising this issue with cause AA/Citi to evaluate their offering, because it ain't worth it right now. I would soon product change than pay $450/350 - and spending $3k a month is not what I want to do right now.
