Windows XP / Mac download manager
Any recommendations for a download accelerator / interrupted download resume manager for

XP - IE, mozilla, firefox, etc.

MAC - OS X - IE, mozilla, firefox, etc.

For XP I used to use GetRight, but want to stay away from stuff like NetVampire Gozilla spyware adware stuff.

So something free and no spyware...suggestions?
