Here is the first reply- clearly an auto-responder. But it does make you wonder WHY at a time of non-peak travel they might be "experiencing higher than normal email communications" only really two options- lots of poor service generating even more than usual complaints or poor staffing of people to respond.
I can only wonder how they plan to handle the peak travel seasons if this is the state of their systems now.
This seems to be standard now. First is an auto-reply indicating that they are receiving a higher-than-normal amount of contact. Given how long this has been the case, perhaps this is now normal, and they should stop sending out this apparently untrue message.
