Just had an e-mail from Metro in DC on service cutbacks (they were also down 70% yesterday). They're going to 15 minute service on all lines and slight changes to operating hours, including an 11pm closing. Would be something for BART to look at. Buses are going to a Sunday schedule that will require 60% less employees.
