Best option was HNL, but that disappeared too soon for me.
Then LAX was an easy find, along with LAS, ANC, FAI, SEA, YVR, MIA for $800.
I didn't realise DL booked into D, otherwise I would have gone for it. I preferred KL as it had the fewest connections.
Which route did you get in D? All the way through or just some segments? I do not recall seeing any D fare, does not mean it was not available of course.
