An absolute disgrace of an organisation. Whilst many competitors have taken this in their stride, Accor have been found out - incompetence, greed and lack of customer appreciation will hopefully be their downfall.
I have been trying for nearly two solid days to resolve a hotel trip to the Ibis Dusseldorf Hauptbahnhof (tomorrow), I am still in the same situation with a very rude and poor email response from them.
My friends and business colleagues are being made aware to avoid this shambles in future, especially when we get out of the COVID-19 risk.
To any Accor staff - your leadership have badly led this, and will be your downfall.
