Well, even at normal time there will always be some rants on any program, my own rants included!
However one must give credit where credit is due - in this case, the Aeroplan site actually works on the new no fee reward cancellation without hiccup is a big plus - saves lots of angst hours calling Aeroplan as well as not use up the resources if one's cancellation can be one online without calling is a big plus whichever way you look at it!
Though I wish the info is posted in the main thread of the COVID-19 cancellation. I would not have found it had I not wanted to know how difficult it was to contact Aeroplan...
