Am I reading this correctly:

YOU WANT TO CANCEL YOUR TRIP

If you purchased a ticket for a flight scheduled before 31 May 2020, you can cancel your trip and request a refund of your ticket from your Travel agent.
If you purchased your ticket on our website, you can complete the form below to obtain a travel voucher.
This non-refundable voucher is valid for 1 year on all Air France, KLM, Delta and Virgin Atlantic flights.

Basically, if I used an OTA I can cancel for free, if I booked on their website, I only get a voucher? WTH?
