I'm very frustrated. Was given a retention offer for Citi Prestige on Jan 2 and received email confirmation stating will post within 2 cycles. No spend required. Second cycle closed about 10 days ago and no credit. I have chatted and called several times and no one seems to be able to do anything about it. They see it in my account (the offer) and keep saying that so and so will have to take care of it, but so and so isn't around at the moment. Any ideas on how to escalate?
