Voucher on Avios Bookings
just spoke to a friend who works in duty desk in Warrington office (Where redemption calls are taken)
and he said that Avios bookings are being held pts not returned and vouchers not being issued they are being held under current booking reference number like they do when bookings are held for medical reasons, and pax call up to rebook new dates and quote the current ref number.
