So guys I ran into a snafu.

I cant seem to cancel my flight online, when I go to manage my booking and click cancel it goes to the "page not found" page. Compounding the problem is that the card I use to book my travel is now cancelled so I don't know how i'll even get my money back.

How does one get a refund at this point? Phone I guess but they don't even answer the calls.
