They were very helpful. Got through to them much quicker than on the U.S. phone #.
I called right before AF issued their policy change regarding re-scheduling due to Covid-19 and was told they could issue me a voucher. When I called back two days later to request the voucher, they acknowledged my previous call two days earlier, whereas the U.S. refused to acknowledge any previous conversations.
I will be calling that Canadian # in the future when I need help from AF versus the U.S.-based #.
