I'd be happy to attend, since award availability on the multitude of daily LHR flights exploded recently, but it's too risky as long as details about the border restrictions aren't precise. At worst it would mean an enforced 14 day quarantine for me, depending on how the exact details work out by tomorrow here. Right now it looks like my London trip in three weeks will be cancelled, but I'll wait and see if the flight is cancelled as I expect to happen.
