Anyone has any info on this? Stuck in the same situation currently. Ticket was originally issued august 20, 2019 so the "one year after issue" is August 20, 2019. For a trip of similar length to the one I have (April 30 to June 14), the latest I can leave is July 1st. If the one year is voided, I would rather book sept-nov if possible without losing my three-stops, and all the current segment per segment hassle DPs.
