What about the LA area airports including LAX, LGB, SNA, BUR and ONT? In some tools QLA can be used for this but not delta.com, so unclear that they would be co-terminals.
Yeah, QLA and QSF sometimes work depending on the tool, and the airport sets are usually considered co-terminal when fare rules list co-terminal cities, but I don't think they are considered "true" codes like NYC or LON, which is interesting.
