Not really answering your question here but a side comment. I haven't used my award in a couple of years now. Last time I used it they were allowed on any fare and not just full-fare. For the last couple of years I haven't received the awards in paper. They told me just to call them when I am ready but never had the chance to use it. So I don't know when the terms changed.

I also don't have the 2400 point cert either.
