Beef of some sort. The spinach was pretty sad but everything else was good.

The cheese omelette was very institutional. It met my minimum calorie requirements for the flight and that's about it, but it beat the hell out of "cold cereal" which was the other pre-order option... A warm roll was delivered post picture taking. (breakfast in the T4 SkyClub upon arrival was immeasurably better!)
