As I recently wrote somewhere else around here, when I travel on business, I almost always get a fully refundable ticket, and the class is almost always lower than Y, usually M, H, or B and sometimes Q and K, depending on the route and advance purchase.

These fully refundable tickets of course allow me to not fly or change my flight, and I've never had Delta try and charge me more for changing one of these tickets.
