Porter was only waiving the fee publicly for NEW bookings till last Thursday. They were giving 6 months credit over the phone.
I had a booking through amex travel for yesterday and amex was able to talk to AMEX thursday afternoon to get it waived and good for 12 months - before porter updated their website early friday (without changing "last updated" on that page).
