Hi All

Any advice greatly appreciated - help others first if you are pushed for time as I am still at home and not stuck abroad.

Due to fly CDG-HEL-LAX and then LAX-PHL-CDG with the first two flights on Finnair and the second two as BA (but operated by AA).

This booking was made through an online agent that has a reputation for being a nightmare to deal with (I know should have checked before I booked) and are based in Turkey.

Today they sent me a message about a change to my booking. The last flight PHL-CDG has been cancelled by AA,

If this is the case then do I have to give them time to find me an alternative (assuming one exists) or can I request a refund now?

Assuming they "go deaf" on me how long should I wait before raising a dispute with AmEx?

As an aside, AmEx were appalling (online chat) and saying that they don't cover "disinclination to fly" - I suspect it was an overflow chat centre (can imagine they are swamped at the minute) but not impressed.

TIA
