I was able today to have all four tickets shifted back 6 weeks. Just had to pay a total of $10 extra in taxes. The agent did start talking about just canceling altogether and refunding my miles - I politely steered us firmly away from that option.

I'm not versed on all the nuances, esp in a time like this. They did cancel my flight and as I was talking to the agent today about rerouting through one of the 11 airports used in screening, she started comparing the points differences. To avoid confusion I just had her lift and shift the exact itinerary back 6 weeks.

I run the risk of the direct I'm booked on being canceled again as it's NOT one of the ones they have committed to and it's been a route that has come and gone. Time will tell, hopefully the world isn't still on fire by then.

Thanks everyone for chiming in with info, helpful perspectives.
Thanks for the update. I’m in the same boat for an April trip LHR. Got it for 28k miles and
if I push it back to summer I’m afraid it would cost way more. Hopefully as it gets closer I can do the same as you and shift it later for the same price.
