My wife and I had a FIRST booking with BA Holidays to Las Vegas (EDI-LHR-LAS) , departing this Thursday. I had been holding off applying for the voucher, due to uncertainty about the Hotel part of our booking.
Phoned the Silver Exec line this afternoon, and was impressed I got through in under 10 minutes. Disappointingly the agent couldn't help me as the booking was with BA Holidays. I tried the BA Holidays number a couple of times, but without success. I also emailed You First. However, I have just received an email from BA Holidays, explaining that they could no longer fulfil our holiday and we would be receiving a full refund to my credit card.
All in all, I am very pleased with BA responsiveness given what must be a truly awful time for the airline!!
