Closing borders in the early hours of Monday (16th of March) to nearly all foreign citizens with a few exceptions:

- Truck Drivers
- Diplomats
- People transitting through Lithuania to get home

In addition, Lithuanian citizens are banned from leaving the country unless they are going on essential business trips.
