If you were concerned about the sick woman, that was the issue to be raised with the FA as part of a request to the FA to be reseated.
But, self help is not the appropriate route to take. As noted, it may affect W&B and is thus a safety issue.
I raised the issue and was told to go back to my original seat. The first 6 or more rows on the left-hand side were unoccupied, as were the first few rows on the right.
