Nothing on the Air Europa side of things though. I booked through ExploreTrip - the most they said they can refund me is $600 something USD when I had spent $1028. I bought the ticket back on Sept 19th. Do you think it's worth disputing this with my CC, which does have trip cancellation/interruption coverage, or just take the $600 something and lose out on the remainder? I already have started the dispute process as of last night.
I cannot find any information of UX91 leaving madrid. Its not a delta flight, it just has a delta flightnummer. Your delta comment makes no sense here. We are getting into a place where its realy into the regions of unforsable events.
To me, it seems that the OTA is claiming a part of the refund. They will lose that fight.
