I tried to contact the third party travel agent through which I booked the flight and they were only able to offer a partial refund. I don't understand why I should pay a portion if I paid for a service/product and cannot even receive said service/product. If there was no travel ban and I was just afraid to go, I can completely understand why I would not be entitled to any refund, but I feel as though this is a completely different scenario with this ban.
What airline & travel agent? [OTA=on line travel agent]
Are you 100% sure the flight will be cancelled? Some aircraft are still flying to/from Eu UK
When did you buy the ticket? Any cancellation will be as the t&c's unless a waiver. The OTA may have additional fees
