If you are arriving from a clean country ( not the 10 European countries ( including Italy ), South Korea, China, Iran, Iraq, Azerbaijan, Mongolia ) you are advised to self-quarantine yourself, not forced. However, if you arrive from the countries listed in my previous sentence, they make you sign a paper that you agree to self-quarantine yourself for 15 days.
