I reached out to my concierge and she said she could only give points (20k). I have a cat 7 that expires in June. I wish they would extend it for one more year or 6 months.

The way she replied kind of implied that it’s a system limitation rather than something that can be done. I’m hoping Hyatt will allow these to be extended. If it is a system situation then Replace them with fresh new ones!
